STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Competitive Balance Ad Hoc Committee held a virtual meeting Thursday, Feb. 17.

In addition to reviewing its purpose statement, operating principles and work to date, the committee members reported and provided high-level feedback on various states' competitiveness balance models.

Committee members then received an update on the committee's communications efforts. They also discussed future meeting dates, including the committee's next meeting, to be held in-person at the WIAA offices on March 1.

The membership of the WIAA oversees interscholastic athletic programs for 516 senior high schools and 45 junior high/middle level schools in its membership.
