STEVENS POINT, Wis. – Track and field coaches are reminded of the deadline for WIAA Regional Track & Field Meet entries is Friday, May 10 at 8 a.m.

The regionals are scheduled for Monday, May 20 with the sectionals on Thursday, May 23 and the State Meet on May 31-June 1 at Veterans Memorial Stadium in La Crosse, Wis.

As stated in the WIAA Spring Season Regulations, a school may enter a maximum of one team in each relay event and enter 28 participants in individual events with a limit of three in any one individual event. A student-athlete may enter a maximum of four events, but in no more than three running or three field events. In addition, being listed as a substitute on a relay team(s) count as entered events.

Schools are required to make their entries online no later that the 8 a.m. deadline on Friday, May 17. Schools submitting entries after the deadline will be permitted to compete, but will not receive consideration for seeds, lanes, heats or sections.
