State Girls Soccer Championships Recap

Divine Savior Holy Angels (19-5-2) won the Division 1 championship in a 1-0 victory over D.C. Everest (25-4) Saturday at Time Warner Field at Uihlein Soccer Park in Milwaukee. Waunakee (24-5) is the Division 2 champion after defeating Waukesha West (22-5), 2-1 in the championship game. Dani Rhodes scored the only goal for Waukesha West. Catholic Memorial (25-2-1) won its third consecutive championship with a  2-0 win over Mount Horeb. Assumption (21-3-1) is the Division 4 champion with a 2-1 victory over New Holstein (18-4-3) in the championship final. 

State Girls Soccer Tournament Preview

The 32nd Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Girls Soccer Championships will take place Thursday-Saturday, June 19-21, at Time Warner Cable Stadium at Uihlein Soccer Park in Milwaukee, Wis. Ticket prices are $8 per session and $1 for children 6-years old or younger. Tickets are available at the venue. 

The single-elimination tournament features four divisions for the first time. Four teams will compete for the State title in each of the divisions. Below are the pairings and time schedule of games.
