The following proposals were created from the Conference Realignment Task Force meeting on Dec.10, 2024.  Affected schools have the ability to appeal to the committee on January 16th prior to the next meeting of the Task Force.

In 2022-23 the Conference Realignment Task Force recommended an 8-player and 11-player football plan to begin this season (2024). The final, WIAA Board of Control approved plans are below.

Approved Fast Track Applications 2024-25

Creation of the Bay Valley Lakes Association Conference (Boys' and Girls' Lacrosse) to consist of Appleton, Bay Port, DePere, Kimberly, Neenah, Notre Dame Academy, Oneida, Pulaski, and Wausau.

Approved Plans from the 2023-24 Conference Realignment Cycle

The WIAA Board of Control accepted the following proposals from the Conference Realignment Task Force on March 5, 2024.  All accepted plans will take effect in the fall of 2025.  

Ashland (boys’ hockey to the Middle Border)

Central WI Christian (girls’ soccer to Wisconsin Flyway)
DeForest (boys’ volleyball to Big Eight)

Fox Valley Lutheran (North Eastern to Bay)
Merrill (Wisconsin Valley to the Great Northern)
